Amber Fisher writes urban fantasy and paranormal mysteries. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Originally from Los Angeles, Amber lives in Austin, Texas, her home for the past 20+ years. She’s the creator of the Rest in Power Necromancy<\/a> trilogy, a mystery series exploring ancestral magic, existence beyond death, and things that go bump in the night. Most of her work features transformation (death!), empowerment (magic!), discovery (discovery!), and sometimes pie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n She’s currently at work getting the 7 Deadly Sins into trouble, and she has a new urban fantasy series in the works for 2022. <\/p>\n\n\n\n When not writing, Amber enjoys putzing around in Photoshop, hiking, yoga, crafting things (the creepier the better), and binge-watching Battlestar Galactica<\/em>, The Expanse<\/em>, and\/or The Last Kingdom<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Amber has written for Houghton Mifflin as the lead web writer on the Amanda Project, an interactive, multi-platform YA adventure.
