It was great fun. Our team’s total score, over two games, exceeded 300 points! We gathered afterwards for brunch and conversation at Emerald Tavern. We have some very exciting plans for ArmadilloCon 2024!

Our next get-together is a BBQ meetup at Pok-e-Jo’s on Parmer! We will get together on Saturday, June 8, at 1 PM to talk SF, writing and other things! Join us! A meeting of the FACT Board (sponsors of ArmadilloCon) will follow, and y’all are welcome to join that as well. Items on the agenda will likely include work on a project for screenwriters and discussion of where the organization is going this year, and in general.

]]> Volunteers at Work this Weekend! https://armadillocon.org/d46/volunteers-at-work-this-weekend/ Mon, 22 Apr 2024 01:10:38 +0000 https://armadillocon.org/d46/?p=842 A small team of ArmadilloCon volunteers spent a couple of hours this afternoon at the storage locker — taking inventory, cleaning, sorting, all that glamorous stuff. This was mostly things used for the hospitality suite and registration desk, but we did peek at some new flats acquired for the Art Show. BEST FIND was a sheet of custom ArmadilloCon 34 stickers by the now-famous artist Sara Felix!

Yep, we are getting ready for another ArmadilloCon!
