It takes a lot of volunteers to make this happen. Can you be one of them?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you can spare an hour, here are some options!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>COFFEE ASSISTANTS (hotel, room 1404, Sat &amp; Sun mornings)&nbsp;<\/strong>We need a few good people&nbsp;to help Joi provide coffee in the Convention Lounge on Saturday and Sunday mornings.&nbsp;<strong>She will only do this if we get volunteers to assist. There will be no preparing food &#8212; just canned drinks and prepackaged snacks. We are looking for people to keep an eye on things for an hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>LOAD IN\/OUT (Wed &amp; Mon)&nbsp;<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.signupgenius.com\/go\/10C0A4DA9A92FABFEC25-51079304-loadin\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Sign up here to assist with load-in and\/or load-out<\/a>.&nbsp;As many hands as we can reasonably get are wanted for load-in (at the storage garage), load-out!&nbsp; The mighty Charles Siros is managing the team.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Monday morning (9 AM) at the storage garage: Meet at the storage garage to take materials from the UHaul and return them to the storage garage.\u00a0Est. 9 AM.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ART SHOW SETUP AND BREAKDOWN (at the hotel, Thurs &amp; Sun)<\/strong>:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.signupgenius.com\/go\/10C0A4DA9A92FABFEC25-51079212-artshow\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sign up here to assist with Art Show setup and\/or breakdown<\/a>.
