K.D. Blade will be appearing at ArmadilloCon 2025!

K.D. Blade writes horror urban fantasy. Her first novel, Night Skin: Tall Tales of a Black American Princess, is a story about a Black American Princess who turns into a werewolf and battles a vampire princess who wants to marry then eat her. It was on the Amazon bestseller list for African-American fiction (#13) when it published in Halloween 2022. The novel got its start on TikTok when she asked if anyone wanted to read about Black women who turn into werewolves and eat people went viral. (The Internet said ‘YES!!!’)
