Austin-Travis County’s COVID-19 Community Level is currently Low. View the latest COVID-19 information.

- Covid-19 vaccinations, and applicable boosters are recommended for all ArmadilloCon attendees and participants.
- We strongly recommend that you self-test before attending ArmadilloCon.
- Testing is available for low or no-cost at the following:
- CVS Health
- H.E.B.: Rapid tests and PCR tests as well as self tests
- Tarrytown Pharmacy
- Walgreens
- A health center near you. Please call ahead to make an appointment.

- Masks will be available at the ArmadilloCon Registration Desk, and are encouraged.
- Please wear a mask if you have respiratory symptoms.
- Wash your hands often with soap and water. Use soap and scrub for 20 seconds before rinsing.
- Hand sanitizer will be available at the ArmadilloCon Registration Desk and at other locations in the convention, and its use is encouraged.
- Hand sanitizers do not get rid of all types of germs, though, so please wash your hands regularly with soap and water.
We ask that all attendees, participants and volunteers follow our Health Pledge.

- You are committed to:
- Practicing respiratory etiquette, such as masking and/or covering your nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing.
- Exercising good hygiene, including frequently washing or sanitizing your hands.
- Staying up to date with CDC recommendations for COVID-19 vaccinations and boosters.
- You are committed to NOT volunteering at or attending ArmadilloCon if any of the following apply to you:
- You have tested positive for COVID-19 and have not completed the CDC’s guidelines for isolation. Even if you don’t feel sick, you can spread COVID-19 to others.
- You are experiencing symptoms consistent with COVID-19.
- You have had close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, and you have not completed the CDC guidelines regarding having been exposed to COVID-19.
